Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in US, EU, and Asia offices
- Optimize system performance for 10M+ user platforms
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blogs
- Present quarterly technical demos to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java
- Strong English communication skills (written/verbal)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and AWS/GCP
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Eligibility for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
- Demonstrated experience in agile methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing complex system designs
