Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, technical architecture planning, and agile stand-ups.
- Debug complex issues and provide timely technical support to internal stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web security principles, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid setting.
- Valid driver’s license (required for relocation logistics coordination).
