Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the engineering team
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance using observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architectures
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready code in agile environments
