Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate new frameworks into the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
