Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across the team
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLA
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Terraform
- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical roadmap
- Automate testing infrastructure with Selenium and Jest
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud architecture
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development cycles
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs
