Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability software solutions using modern architectures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and senior engineers alike.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and memory usage to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term technical fixes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deep understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL technologies like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
