Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead cloud infrastructure migrations to AWS with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive architectural improvements and technology roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of architecting scalable distributed systems
- Strong leadership experience with agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Certification in AWS/GCP or DevOps tools preferred
