Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead technical architecture discussions and drive best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and analysis.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust fixes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with at least one major backend technology (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional Agile team.
