Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams on API development and documentation
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Troubleshoot production issues using distributed tracing tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
