Responsibilities

- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions to ensure system stability.
- Innovation: Research and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Frameworks: Experience with React, AWS, or Spring Boot is highly desirable.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
