Responsibilities

- Lead technical initiatives for enterprise-level SaaS platforms serving 500K+ users
- Optimize system performance through advanced profiling and database tuning
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for automated deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in distributed systems, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Strong background in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
