Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and AWS Lambda
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Lead feature development in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Conduct security audits and implement zero-trust architecture

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java
- AWS/Azure certification preferred
