Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Code Leadership: Perform rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver innovative products.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive project momentum.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and implement robust fixes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Databases: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
