Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of new features, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define requirements and deliver projects on time.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform system performance tuning and optimization.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards team success.
