Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensure security best practices, and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and API design (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools like Git.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
