Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices solutions using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Lead end-to-end development lifecycle from ideation to production deployment
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Optimize system performance with advanced profiling and load testing
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using DevOps best practices (Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive innovation through prototyping emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain)
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in Java/Python with strong OOP fundamentals
- Proven track record with distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong background in database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithmic thinking
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional leadership experience
