Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS/GCP and Kubernetes
- Lead development of microservices in Python/Go with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Jenkins
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis) at petabyte scale
- Drive A/B testing for feature rollouts with 1M+ user base
Qualifications
- 5+ years backend development experience with Python/Go
- Expertise in cloud deployment (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record leading production-level projects
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
