Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3+ engineers through technical reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents
- Automate deployment processes using Terraform/Ansible
- Collaborate with product teams on roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with microservices architecture
- Proven track record with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Strong grasp of distributed systems design principles
- AWS/GCP certifications (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
