Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure software applications using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and architecture planning for new feature releases.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to improve delivery speed.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks in real-time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, or C#).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Deep knowledge of database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
