Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, ensuring code quality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of best practices and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues in real-time.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
