Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS deployments
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Drive technical debt reduction while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent TechNova at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Java/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to launch
- Strong background in database optimization (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Certification in Kubernetes or Terraform preferred
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus)
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
