Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Jenkins
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex production issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and security best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
