Responsibilities
- Architect cloud-native microservices on AWS/GCP using Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead migration of legacy monoliths to serverless architectures
- Conduct A/B testing for feature rollouts
- Document technical specifications using Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems design
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
