Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging to ensure system reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
