Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLA
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech community events
Qualifications
- 5+ years in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven patterns
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- CS degree or equivalent professional certification
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
