- Technical SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive audits to identify crawl errors, improve site speed, and optimize Core Web Vitals for better Google rankings.
- Strategic Keyword Research: Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies targeting the government and tech sectors in Northern Virginia and DC.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with copywriters and developers to ensure all web content is SEO-optimized and aligned with user intent.
- Link Building Campaigns: Execute white-hat link building initiatives to increase domain authority and drive referral traffic.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve in the local market.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong preference for candidates in the Washington DC / Virginia area.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly preferred.
