Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and keyword research to optimize job postings and landing pages.
- Manage and optimize the company career site to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to craft SEO-friendly, high-converting job descriptions.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO dashboards.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
- Analyze competitor keywords and strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, SEM, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical optimization.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and optimizing job boards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
