Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care in our Level I Trauma Center ICU/ER departments
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices and maintain patient safety protocols
- Lead rapid response teams during critical medical emergencies
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Participate in hospital-wide committees for nursing excellence
Qualifications
- BSN or higher degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the United States or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 3 years of ICU or ER experience in acute care settings
- ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competency
- Eligible for H-1B or O-1 visa sponsorship
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
