Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with evidence-based nursing practices
- Utilize advanced medical equipment including telemetry monitors, infusion pumps, and electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations with precision
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care measures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New York State or eligibility for endorsement
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in operating advanced medical equipment and EMR systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (H1-B or TN visa categories)
