Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and report vital signs and changes in condition immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure a safe and clean healthcare environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Willingness to undergo paid training if needed to meet US standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
