Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation cases for corporate transferees, including housing search, school enrollment, and community integration
- Develop personalized relocation plans addressing visa requirements, cost-of-living adjustments, and cultural adaptation
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for moving services, temporary housing, and household goods transportation
- Conduct virtual and in-home consultations to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Track relocation budgets and expense reimbursements with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain client satisfaction metrics through proactive communication and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate relocation experience with proven case management success
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of Colorado Springs housing markets, schools, and community resources
- Advanced proficiency in relocation software (e.g., RelocationPro, TRC Global)
- Strong negotiation skills for housing lease agreements and vendor contracts
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure while managing multiple high-priority cases
