Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics including housing searches, school transfers, and community integration
- Develop personalized relocation plans tailored to individual client needs and budget constraints
- Act as primary liaison between clients, employers, and third-party service providers
- Conduct market research and provide detailed cost-of-living comparisons for new locations
- Manage relocation budgets, expense reimbursements, and vendor contracts
- Deliver orientation sessions covering local amenities, cultural resources, and transportation networks
- Track relocation metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or client services
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in relocation management software and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Certification in Relocation (CRP) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
