Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule relocation services for incoming residents to St. Petersburg
- Provide personalized neighborhood tours and area orientation sessions
- Assist clients with housing searches, school district information, and local amenities
- Manage client documentation and maintain accurate relocation records
- Collaborate with housing providers, utility companies, and local businesses
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Prepare customized relocation packets and welcome packages
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service, relocation, or hospitality
- Extensive knowledge of St. Petersburg neighborhoods and local resources
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
