Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for domestic and international transferees
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (movers, realtors, temporary housing agencies)
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements within $1M+ portfolio
- Provide personalized relocation counseling to employees and families
- Track and analyze relocation program metrics for continuous improvement
- Develop relocation policies aligned with industry best practices
- Collaborate with immigration specialists for international assignments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate relocation experience with proven program management
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Expertise in relocation software (e.g., Relocation.com, TRC Global)
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural competence
- Strong analytical abilities with budget management experience
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally (10%)
