Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Monitor patient vitals and symptoms, reporting any changes to the attending physician immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to pass the NCLEX exam or possess current US licensure.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Demonstrated compassion, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
