Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, backend engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including implementing caching strategies and lazy loading.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Create React App.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
