Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, interactive user interfaces.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure web applications load quickly and function seamlessly across all devices.
- Testing & QA: Implement automated testing strategies (Jest, Cypress) to ensure code stability and reliability.
- Agile Workflow: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, Redux, and GraphQL is highly preferred.
- Styling: Strong experience with CSS, SASS, and CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., Styled Components).
- Best Practices: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, state management, and component lifecycle.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
