Your Role
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that drive our business forward. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to create seamless, user-centric experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-cultural team.
- Willingness to commute to our Jersey City office or relocate to the New Jersey area.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
