Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and lead initiatives to refactor legacy systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong command of JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies.
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ level) for effective collaboration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work in a distributed team environment.
