Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen UI: Design and implement scalable, high-performance component libraries using React 18+ and Next.js, focusing on Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).
- Performance Optimization: Spearhead initiatives to improve Core Web Vitals, ensuring zero-latency user experiences across all devices and global regions.
- Technical Leadership: Guide the frontend team in adopting modern paradigms such as Server Actions, React Server Components, and Edge Runtime environments.
- API Integration: Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate complex GraphQL and RESTful APIs, ensuring type safety and data consistency.
- Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and foster a culture of best practices and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- UX Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers to translate high-fidelity wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive code.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React frameworks (Next.js, Remix, or Gatsby).
- Deep Knowledge: Profound understanding of React internals, the Virtual DOM, hooks, and the modern 2026 component lifecycle.
- Architecture: Strong experience designing micro-frontends or modular monoliths with scalable state management solutions (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or Context API).
- Tooling: Expertise in modern build tools (Vite, Webpack) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design Systems: Experience working with or contributing to design systems (e.g., Material UI, Chakra UI, Tailwind CSS).
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and architectural issues in large-scale applications.
