Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement high-performance, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and architectural standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across devices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years specifically in React.js and TypeScript.
- Core Skills: Deep understanding of React ecosystem (Hooks, Redux, Context API), state management, and component lifecycle.
- Frontend Mastery: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components).
- Testing: Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
