Responsibilities
- Design and develop fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era hardware
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Implement quantum error correction protocols to achieve practical quantum advantage
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical strategy for quantum initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
