Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing modules into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to minimize noise and error rates in quantum circuits.
- Mentor junior developers and researchers in quantum programming best practices.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++, with experience in quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their quantum services.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
