Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical AI systems targeting 2026 deployment milestones.
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning tasks, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic business objectives into robust technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends in quantum computing and artificial intelligence to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Define best practices for quantum hardware integration and software development lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or high-performance computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and their application to computational problems.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Google Cirq, AWS Braket).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
