Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key business initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and data analysis to validate assumptions and drive product decisions.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and negotiate scope with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and launch campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on product features to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the Tech or FinTech sector.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Willingness to relocate to New York, NY (Relocation package provided).
