The Role
In this key leadership position, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will own the product roadmap, drive feature development, and work closely with world-class engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional value.
Responsibilities
- Define Strategy: Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and engineering to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Product Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and user feedback to prioritize features and optimize user experience (UX).
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Methodologies: Proven track record working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
