Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineering leads to deliver pixel-perfect, user-centric solutions.
- Drive data-driven decision-making to measure product success and iterate on features continuously.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the product team.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring high-priority items are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching successful products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
