Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Product Vision: Lead the creation of a compelling product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Strategic Roadmap Execution: Prioritize features and initiatives, ensuring the team focuses on high-impact deliverables that drive growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to remove blockers and ensure successful delivery.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market data, user feedback, and KPIs to iterate on products and validate hypotheses.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product strategies to executive leadership and external partners effectively.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies and trends (AI, Automation) to integrate into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital transformation.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to define and execute long-term product strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and modern tech stacks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Asana, Aha!) and analytics platforms.
