Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware/software issues via ticketing system
- Assist in deploying and configuring workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security initiatives and system upgrades
- Manage inventory of IT assets and coordinate vendor relationships
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance digital workflows
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential technical issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; AAS/BA in IT or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and network fundamentals
