Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Create and communicate a comprehensive technical vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals for the 2026 fiscal year.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure microservices architectures that can handle millions of users.
- Technology Integration: Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum-ready protocols) into existing stacks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee system performance monitoring and implement strategies to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to industry security standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or technical leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and serverless architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving architectural bottlenecks.
